When I think what is Hyderabad famous for biryani comes in mind. This is not just me ask any one in world, Hyderabad is famous for its mind blowing Biryani’s
Hyderabad is mainly divided into old city “The Historic Ones” and new city “encompassing the urbanised area”. Hyderabad was historically known as “City of Pearl” and it still continues by opening “Pearl Bazaars at open” near Charminar. The Mughlai culture is also evident in old city of Hyderabad serving distinctive cuisine which includes Hyderabadi Biryani.
This blogpost alone would be incredibly small to discuss the growing food culture in Hyderabad thus I have chosen to cover the Hyderabad nourishment trip in this post. Presently, I am only a decent foodie who love to explore new cuisines and desiring for lip smacking dishes. In the event I Travelled mostly in old city of Hyderabad and explore the historical sightseeing plus experienced Hyderabadikhaana? Truly! I have tried everything from the Kebabs, to the biriyanis, to the world popular Haleem, chicken 65, the Tandoori, the iranichai,Karachi and osmani biscuits .

Started from HussainSagar Lake in the evening as we landed in Hyderabad in the noon so we can cover sightseeing in evening .HussainSagar Lake is situated in hearts of the city popularly known as largest artificial lake in Asia. A popular recreational spot you all find in HussainSagar Lake is boating at the lake which is quite enjoyable and you can cover the huge statue of Buddha build in the middle of lake “16 m tall made up of white granite”
CHUTNEY’S
According to me Chutney’s is one of the best south Indian cuisine restaurant in Hyderabad as they serve different variety of yummy licious chutney’s as a side. They are known for serving huge Dosa’s with variety of different chutney’s . I can go on and on but as I said earlier it is quite difficult to finish a whole Dosa by self at chutney’s “so be prepared for next time”.

Built by kakatiyas the city and the fortress was made on an granite hill . The region is known for mines that have produced some of the world’s most famous gems, example Kohinoor and The Hope Diamond . The size of the fort is quite massive . It does involve a lot of uphill climb. If you are a morning visiter the climb will goes perfectly smooth for you because the fort is less crowded and weather is pleasant which boost up your climb . The glory that you achieve is the view at the top of the fort it is worth all the extra sweet. If you are planning to visit Golkonda Fort remember in mind while climb “Just a little bit more” .

Constructed in 1591 now the landmark has become a global icon of Hyderabad. Surrounded with local markets. It is one of the famous tourist attraction in Hyderabad . It is were most of the famous festivals are celebrated , such as Eid-ul-adha and Eid-ul-fitr. Charminar is a must see spot when you are “roaming in the middle of the historic part of town”. Famous for its Irani chai and mouth melting Osmania biscuits even more decent cookies and snacks are available with famous Irani chai. It’s a must visit café as the journey of “Charminar is incomplete without a cup of Irani chai at Nimrah Bakery with Osmania Biscuits”

Located at Ghansi Bazar Hotel Shadab is divided in two section – ground floor here serves Irani tea , biscuits, cold drinks , snacks , and take away section. And second floor is divided in A/C and Non- A/C . Let’s talk about their Biryani’s . I don’t think I have mentioned earlier but this place serves the best biryani’s in Hyderabad . Hotel Shadab known for using top quality mutton and fine rice . Now if you are crazy Biryani lover and love to eat with hands , I’ll suggest you to carry a water bottle and a sanitizer because you need it after you finish your biryani.
Birla Mandir
Birla mandir is a Hindu temple, built on a 280 feet (85m) high hillock .The temple was constructed by Birla foundation which has also constructed temple across India. The entire temple is made up of white marble and is build in several storeys . Mobiles and baggage’s were not allowed inside the temple so we left shoes , mobiles and baggage’s in car . However from the bottom to the top entrance is a beautiful journey. While climbing stairs you go through different gods of Hindu religion and it is such a beautiful journey that you completely forget when the stairs are finished and you reached the top of the temple.
Shah GhouseAnd Paradise
Now heading towards the end of Hyderabad Food Walk – I know we have not covered all the food eateries because the time span was very less .We decided to Take – Away some famous cuisines from top restaurants like Shah Ghouse restaurant famous chicken 65 and paneer 65 . The marination masala used in both chicken 65 and paneer 65 was same but it was really delicious .
Paradise biryani is famous in Hyderabad. As I soon realize that Hyderabadi’s are obsessed with biryani. As a result I had also an opportunity to try biryani from famous joint . Paradise biryani know for taste, ambience, and service .As takeaway unit and franchise are located all over Hyderabad.
