In this world everyone is looking to lose weight the easy way. As to do nothing just do the regular daily work and start losing weight. As we all know weight loss is not an easy task many go through emotional weight loss journey and stepping out as a new person. One just need a motivation to start that weight loss journey. If you don’t have that strength to control the cravings of hunger for your favorite foods then you can’t lose weight.

Step into the weight loss Journey is the hardest stage as you have to be so strong at that stage to ditch all food your body used to. And your body is also not familiar to healthy food changing the diet take at least 1 week time to your body to settle.

Here are the tips of weight loss Journey that I will recommend to all of you:-

  • Start Day with drinking plenty of water or lemon juice will be better.
  • Do some quick exercise like 15-20 minute workout helping in burning extra fat.
  • Start your Day with high protein breakfast – Helping you to keep you fuller for maximum time.
  • Keep the lunch in medium portion and healthy.
  • Go for at least 45 minutes of slow pace walk to burn extra calories.
  • Reminder – Keep Drinking Water at least 2-3 litters per day.
  • At dinner keep it low like fruits, salads or eggs and chicken – Don’t eat too much at Dinner keep your portion smaller.
  • Start maintaining a calorie in and out dairy myfitnesspal is best app for this.
  • Do some exercise before going to bed it is best time to burn calories.

 Now what’s the magic behind the weight loss journey – Many says I have done all the above points but no weight loss, Why?? Have you thought about it!!  The reason is motivational power if you don’t have inner strength to achieve that goal you will quit the weight loss journey within 1 week and start eating junk food.

One have to find the reason of that motivational power to achieve that strength.

So from Junk food to healthy Diet. It’s really difficult changing diet a sudden. Diet which I was following was recommended by an expert fitness blogger @anna_kdxb. Here is the full day brief diet plan of mine with a little bit of Indian version:-

  • Breakfast – Protein breakfast recommended like Egg Sandwich, Chicken with Bread, Eggs rolls, Eggs chicken sandwich, Egg Omelette with bread, Chicken Sandwich.
  • Lunch – 1 roti with sabji any and masala curd with boondi, Jeera Rice
  • Dinner – Green Salad, Fruits Salad, Hummus Bread, Chickpeas, Chicken, Boiled Eggs

    Weight Loss is the only 1st stage of goal completion. After losing weight one should start working on gaining muscles or unless your body will face side effects.  At weight loss journey our body losses huge amount of water and muscles fat. Which we have to normalize instantly by gaining muscles and with high protein intake and vitamins.
