  • Boiled Eggs – Boiled egg is really easy to cook that is why all the gym freaks prefer in egg diet keto. But the challenging part of cooking boiled eggs is time, if you over boiled the eggs the eggs will crack and the inner portion will become very hard and dry. If you boiled the eggs and take it out very early you will end up with raw egg. So making a perfect boiled egg you should boil the eggs till 7-9 minutes.

  • Sunny Side Up – Sunny Side up Eggs are preferred to be eaten in the egg diet keto breakfast. Sunny side up eggs are very easy to make with requirement of little ingredients. Tossing butter on a pan and gently cracking an egg on the pan so that yolk part floats on the white portion then then sprinkling salt and pepper on the top and cook it for 4-5 minutes.

  • Omelette – Omelette is a common egg recipe in egg diet keto and the favorite one too. There are many variations in making omelette but the basic recipe includes pouring 2-3 beaten eggs on a pan greased with butter. Then on the top sprinkle spices like salt and pepper. Add onion and capsicum with green chilli and cheese is optional. Cook for 3-4 minutes

  • French Toast –    There are various fancy recipes when it comes to French toast in egg diet keto. But we stick to a basic one starting from beating 1 egg and pinch of cinnamon powder in a shallow dish. Pour ¼ cup of milk and gently dip a bread slices into mixture. Cook the bread slices on the greased pan and served hot, you can add honey or any of your favourite flavours from the above.    
  • Pancakes – Pancake are fluffy light and only required simple ingredients that are easily available in kitchen in egg diet keto. For making the pancakes take a bowl add flour, baking powder and salt then crack some eggs and pour milk into it. Give it a good mix and slowly add melted butter while mixing. You can flavour up the pancake by adding chocolates or vanilla into it. Heat the pan and pour the batter accordingly. Cook both side 2-3 minutes and served with honey or chocolate syrup.

  • Poached Eggs – Poached eggs looks beautiful but it’s difficult to make. Poaching and egg can be mastered by learning the temperature of water and timings also. To poach an egg you just have to boil the water and crack the egg into it and when the egg white part is harden stop the cooking process. Serve the poached eggs with bread and enjoy the meal. Poached eggs are loved in egg diet keto.
  • Scrambled Eggs – Learning how to make scrambled eggs can be fun. With little ingredients you can make scrambled eggs in minutes. All you need 2-3 eggs, butter, milk and salt & pepper. Starting by mixing all the ingredients and gently pouring the batter on a heated pan. As the eggs started to cook gently break them into curdles and stir constantly for 3-4 minutes. Served hot with bread and veggies.

  • Egg Salad – Egg salad is best protein meal loved by gym freaks in egg diet keto and other office going, because it’s easy and safer to carry. Classic egg salad requires 2-3 hard boiled eggs which is chopped and added to a bowl with celery, chives and seasoned with dill and mayonnaise sauce also you can add garlic paste for a taste. Mix it gently and serve.
  • Egg Bhurji – Originated from India, Egg bhurji is often confused with scrambled eggs but it’s the preparation style that duffer’s them. Making the egg bhurji you have to saute’ the onions and garlic with some red chillies and pour the beated eggs and give a good mix and then cook it for 5-10 minutes. Serve it with roti’s

  • Egg drop Soup – The egg drop soupis a Chinese popular dish in egg diet keto. Egg drop soup is made using chicken broth. Chicken broth is cooked and into it beaten eggs are poured following it chopped tofu and noodles if you prefer. Seasoning with salt and serve hot after 4-5 minutes of cooking.
