Simple home cooking recipes you must try
I believe everyone can cook, it’s just each one has a different purpose of cooking. Some cook for passion while others for daily routine. As we see in our busy life where all of us are running after money and forget about our health. Today a large portion of people dine out and prefer eating out because of its cheap and more important time-saving.
So here are some easy time saving healthy recipe one can try at home:
1 – Poha – Healthy Breakfast
Poha is mainly made of flattened rice. Mainly eaten in breakfast but is also loved as a snack in the evening. Poha is usually eaten with Chai or Tea.

To make the poha first soak it for 5-6 minutes then drain and keep it aside. Heat the pan with oil on it then add asafoetida, then mustard seeds as soon as they started to crackle up add diced onions green chilies. Now till the onions start browning boil potatoes and after the onions get partly brown add boiled potatoes and peanuts give it stir and mash it also.
Then finally add spices like turmeric, salt and red chili powder stir it and add poha again stir it and stir it until it mixes properly after 2-3 minutes serve it with a sprinkle of lemon juice.
2 – Macroni Pasta – Desi Style
Macaroni which is wheat-based pasta is popular because of its lovely shape. Macaroni is enjoyed any time in a day – mostly people love to carry it as a packed item.
To make macaroni it’s very simple – Take a big bowl to fill it with water and add macaroni to boil with salt. When macaroni is cooked drain it out and keep some water.
Take a pan to add the oil first and then add chopped onion with thin-sliced garlic. Then when onions started to brown add chopped tomatoes and stir it in this point add spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder, and kitchen king powder, salt, black pepper. Add the leftover water and add macaroni also give a good stir until all mix up properly. Add some butter (optional) serve hot.

3 – Masala Grilled Sandwich
Masala grilled sandwich is very simple to make and its very tasty also.
To make masala grilled sandwich first boil potato and when they are done mash them with spices like red chili powder, jeera powder, Amchoor powder, and salt also add ginger and green chili with chopped onions – Mix all properly.
Take bread and spread the potato batter into it then grilled it in griller and serve hot.
4 – Boiled Egg with Chicken Sausage
If you are high protein lover this is the best recipe you can cook – Time saving preety easy to make and healthy also.
To make Boiled egg with chicken sausage you just need to boil some eggs and on the non-stick pan cook sausages with little oil when sausages are done. Add sausage on egg and serve hot.
5 – Egg Cheese Toast
Egg cheese toast is again high in protein and it’s very delicious also. As it is easy to make and take less time.
To make Egg Cheese Toast you only need 3 main ingredients Egg, Cheese, and Bread. Start pressing the bread from between making a deep hole. Then take non-stick pan heat the bread and crack an egg between that hole. Sprinkle cheese on sides of eggs and sprinkle salt pepper or red chili. Bake till cheese melts and serve hot.

6 – Idli with coconut chutney
South Indian Food are always loved as it is light and healthy also easy to cook. Idli is very easy to cook.
To make idli first bring the water to boil in idli steamer then pour the batter in the idli stand and gently place it in the steamer cover it and let it steam for 10 – 12 minutes. Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambhar.
7 – Oreo Cake
If you in a mood of cake this is the perfect recipe to try. Very simple to make with only 3-4 ingredients.
To make oreo cake first separate the cream portion from the biscuit and the powder the oreo biscuit add milk in the powder mix well add baking powder and little oil also sugar to taste. Pour the batter in a bowl and place it in preheated shallow pan cover the lid and bake it for 30-40 minutes. Finally, decorate a cake with chocolates.
8 – Maggi Toast
Maggi is loved by every individual in India its like emotion but why every time eat maggi so simple let’s make a twist by adding crispy toast with maggi. Taste really yummy must try.
