One of the reasons for this blog is to aware people is that Maggi is really addictive or not!! So being a foodie obviously love Maggi and crazy about it. But never thought will try quitting it just to make sure that Maggi is really addictive or not. From my, Instagram handle @hungryreacts you can see I am a hard-core Maggi eater. Even my friends used to call me “Maggi lover”. But the time comes when you realize it’s over and quitting is the best thing to do.

So in this blog, I will brief you on my journey of quitting Maggi – really it was not easy don’t try without moral support because – I was having a pretty good one.

So as I earlier mentioned I was a hard-core Maggi eater and still now I love to try Maggi but only when I watch my favourite web series. Quitting Maggi motivation I got from my friend. So I was like why not let’s give it a shot will get to know also that Maggi is really addictive or not.

So when I started the first week was really hard for me cravings started to build to the maximum. Fellow foodies were posting Maggi and I was craving even more for it. I was like from months no one posted Maggi and suddenly when I quit Maggi everyone started to post Maggi what the F____ is this.

The second week I cheated for one pack of Maggi. As my cravings were on maximum level and I was seriously getting mood swings and damm sure if I haven’t eaten Maggi – my third week was surely in hospital lolz.

The third week goes perfectly fine no more Maggi cravings. Exercise helps a lot to minimize your cravings and controlling your hunger and surprisingly I noticed adding protein to your diet makes you less hungry all day so do eat protein more.

The fourth week – my mindset completely changes towards the Maggi as I was thinking of quitting Maggi totally – You don’t have to do that – Just minimize the quantity and add protein in your diet also do exercise for half an hour at least – most importantly drink plenty of water.

Special thanx to Maggi for always being there when hunger strikes and nothing to cook – But still full satisfaction achieved. And night cravings lolz, only Maggi noodles can satisfy night cravings.
