A Rise Journey to Remember in Gurgaon PG life

When it’s comes to writing it I always write what I experience in life. So this one is really a special part of my life yet small which I experience in Gurgaon city. HaHa never ever experienced pg life. Even I was not aware of pg abbreviation but all happen so sudden I got selected in well reputed real estate company and all went smooth though pg experience was so funny. I was living in single sharing but the experience was awesome.

So no further boring shorts points let me give you detailed journey.

As you know after the magical selection in a real estate reputed company. I started looking for PG because I have no other options as the up down travelling was so hectic from Delhi to Gurgaon and the working hrs of real estate company poof. So PG was the best option and surprisingly I managed to get 13k monthly rent with food electricity separate which is very reasonable.

Gurgaon was new to me explored before but living and earning my mind started to think can I is this the right way I am going. But when I join the company all the employees were welcoming and comfort me with the right direction. And majority are living PG life in Gurgaon some are sharing one flat that one I like the most because I love cooking food myself.

Now food in Gurgaon lolz if you are from Delhi you will be never satisfied to your taste buds because that taste will never come. But rest all types of cuisine and street food I explore were great

It’s been an year now and so the years will pass but

 “wo PG ki subhe ki chai in thand yaad aati h”

“wo subhe subhe thand mein activa mein office jaana yaad aata h”

“wo office mein hassi Mazak karna yaad aata h”

“wo office se aake phone pe baat karna yaad aata h”

That was really good times of life to remember experienced a lot and like to say I have #Rise.

Weight Loss Journey Tips you should follow to lose weight

In this world everyone is looking to lose weight the easy way. As to do nothing just do the regular daily work and start losing weight. As we all know weight loss is not an easy task many go through emotional weight loss journey and stepping out as a new person. One just need a motivation to start that weight loss journey. If you don’t have that strength to control the cravings of hunger for your favorite foods then you can’t lose weight.

Step into the weight loss Journey is the hardest stage as you have to be so strong at that stage to ditch all food your body used to. And your body is also not familiar to healthy food changing the diet take at least 1 week time to your body to settle.

Here are the tips of weight loss Journey that I will recommend to all of you:-

• Start Day with drinking plenty of water or lemon juice will be better.
• Do some quick exercise like 15-20 minute workout helping in burning extra fat.
• Start your Day with high protein breakfast – Helping you to keep you fuller for maximum time.
• Keep the lunch in medium portion and healthy.
• Go for at least 45 minutes of slow pace walk to burn extra calories.
• Reminder – Keep Drinking Water at least 2-3 litters per day.
• At dinner keep it low like fruits, salads or eggs and chicken – Don’t eat too much at Dinner keep your portion smaller.
• Start maintaining a calorie in and out dairy myfitnesspal is best app for this.
• Do some exercise before going to bed it is best time to burn calories.

 Now what’s the magic behind the weight loss journey – Many says I have done all the above points but no weight loss, Why?? Have you thought about it!!  The reason is motivational power if you don’t have inner strength to achieve that goal you will quit the weight loss journey within 1 week and start eating junk food.

One have to find the reason of that motivational power to achieve that strength.

So from Junk food to healthy Diet. It’s really difficult changing diet a sudden. Diet which I was following was recommended by an expert fitness blogger @anna_kdxb. Here is the full day brief diet plan of mine with a little bit of Indian version:-

• Breakfast – Protein breakfast recommended like Egg Sandwich, Chicken with Bread, Eggs rolls, Eggs chicken sandwich, Egg Omelette with bread, Chicken Sandwich.
• Lunch – 1 roti with sabji any and masala curd with boondi, Jeera Rice
• Dinner – Green Salad, Fruits Salad, Hummus Bread, Chickpeas, Chicken, Boiled Eggs

    Weight Loss is the only 1^st stage of goal completion. After losing weight one should start working on gaining muscles or unless your body will face side effects.  At weight loss journey our body losses huge amount of water and muscles fat. Which we have to normalize instantly by gaining muscles and with high protein intake and vitamins.

From the title you know blog is going to be about Love. So are you in Love?? If not you are in luck!! Because my friend Love is Evil – spell Love backwards and you will know.

You will be thinking about being a food and travel blogger why I am writing about Love Evol. As I think the time is right to reveal the journey of everyone. I am damm sure this same happens to everyone who is effected by Love.

 So let’s get started

Being in a relationship is the most beautiful phase of life as a circle of happiness revolves behind you always. Positive vibes is at the maximum level at that phase because you know there is now someone who really care.

But this phase is temporary my friend in maximum cases. As stated Love is Evil after love over it comes the evil phase which trust me the most difficult and emotional phase.

People say move on but that’s the most difficult part. But yeah have to move on. Music may helps a lot and getting yourself busy in regular job and your hobbies is a best way to move on.

As I was saying this is journey of everyone. If your love leaves you never comes back then let it be – But if he/she comes back then it’s TRUE LOVE.

How to manage regular Job Being a food and travel blogger

Being a food and travel blogger by passion – I always love to explore new places but as I call myself a Digital Marketer too and work in a tech company, so for me work always comes first.

As I was saying being a food and travel blogger I always keep on juggling between times so that I can explore and do some blogging. As exploring demands time which I am lacking right now. So that’s is the hardest part managing your regular job with your food and travel blogging.

Some Important Facts to consider:-

Importance of having a Job:-

Putting light on why regular job is important – As per my point of view you develop skills and learn a lot in a working environment. Blogging will improve – Yeah damm right your being a food and travel blogger I experienced a remarkable change in my blogging. So having a regular job is a plus factor.

Exploring After hours:-

Exploring is like a necessity – which I have to do it. Sometimes after working hours a quick drive to trending restaurants to explore. As content is king and if it gets viral followers will increase. So editing content and making it eye – catchy is one of the important task of being a food and travel blogger.

Exploring in Weekend:-

We all know weekend calls for rather sleep or party and I prefer doing both. Never miss meeting friends on weekends as being a food and travel blogger exploring is necessary. Lucky to have friends and foes who always stay connected with me.

Time Management:-

Time is the most important factor – Being a food and travel blogger if you able to manage time you will be king – damm true managing time is not easy – you have to create a daily routine and follow it properly. It’s also good for your health.

Social Media Posting:-

Being a food and Travel Blogger social media is very important – creating a brand image on social media is the first priority of every foodie.

Managing a Website:-

Website management is one of the crucial part to do – if you have lack of time like me – I would recommend wordpress website which is easy to manage.

Full time Blogging Experience:-

When you think of full time blogging it is possible for some bloggers as they specially get invitation to explore new places. But I am not at that level right now still growing hope one day will happen.

Maggi is really addictive? And quitting it is possible…

Maggi is really addictive? And quitting it is possible or not

One of the reasons for this blog is to aware people is that Maggi is really addictive or not!! So being a foodie obviously love Maggi and crazy about it. But never thought will try quitting it just to make sure that Maggi is really addictive or not. From my, Instagram handle @hungryreacts you can see I am a hard-core Maggi eater. Even my friends used to call me “Maggi lover”. But the time comes when you realize it’s over and quitting is the best thing to do.

So in this blog, I will brief you on my journey of quitting Maggi – really it was not easy don’t try without moral support because – I was having a pretty good one.

So as I earlier mentioned I was a hard-core Maggi eater and still now I love to try Maggi but only when I watch my favourite web series. Quitting Maggi motivation I got from my friend. So I was like why not let’s give it a shot will get to know also that Maggi is really addictive or not.

So when I started the first week was really hard for me cravings started to build to the maximum. Fellow foodies were posting Maggi and I was craving even more for it. I was like from months no one posted Maggi and suddenly when I quit Maggi everyone started to post Maggi what the F____ is this.

The second week I cheated for one pack of Maggi. As my cravings were on maximum level and I was seriously getting mood swings and damm sure if I haven’t eaten Maggi – my third week was surely in hospital lolz.

The third week goes perfectly fine no more Maggi cravings. Exercise helps a lot to minimize your cravings and controlling your hunger and surprisingly I noticed adding protein to your diet makes you less hungry all day so do eat protein more.

The fourth week – my mindset completely changes towards the Maggi as I was thinking of quitting Maggi totally – You don’t have to do that – Just minimize the quantity and add protein in your diet also do exercise for half an hour at least – most importantly drink plenty of water.   

Special thanx to Maggi for always being there when hunger strikes and nothing to cook – But still full satisfaction achieved. And night cravings lolz, only Maggi noodles can satisfy night cravings.

You have surely gone through our previous blog post – Lockdown Journey as a Foodie. In this blog post, we will elaborate on what is happening in foodie’s life after lockdown.

As you all know 80-90 percent of restaurant businesses suffer huge losses due to completely shut down even after the lockdown people were afraid of eating from outside. But as the time heals wounds, slowly and slowly people started to explore, the majority were office going and the remaining majority were foodies. Office going employees had no choice but to eat their lunch from outside, it’s their daily routine, and being foodie during the lockdown all the food bloggers were waiting for the time when to start exploring again. As lockdown was killing them. So foodies life after lockdown is challenging

So being a foodie exploring again was very risky as you don’t know who is carrying the symptoms. But taking precautions and exploring with care is a must. After lockdown, all the restaurants started to serve with taking care of social distancing and all the precautions. Home Deliveries play a major role – ventures like zomato and swiggy were like angels to food industries they work hard to deliver food with maintaining social distancing.

When it comes to exploring by self it is only you responsible for your well-being and so precautions were really a must during exploring at this time. Still, people avoid outside food because no one knows what can happen next.

As a foodie when you love exploring no one can stop you. That’s true exploring new places and traveling is what a foodie loves most. It’s like they were born to explore. Being a Food n Travel blogger exploring is like a backbone if you can’t explore what will you blog on.

So, after lockdown exploring started slowly and slowly – the first time was like a bomb in mind ( ki kuch ho toh ni jayega ) But next round it was ok with precautions you really can eat outside

Just remember always mask on, carry pocket sanitizer, and ready to explore Stay Hungry.

Simple home cooking recipes you must try

I believe everyone can cook, it’s just each one has a different purpose of cooking. Some cook for passion while others for daily routine. As we see in our busy life where all of us are running after money and forget about our health. Today a large portion of people dine out and prefer eating out because of its cheap and more important time-saving.

So here are some easy time saving healthy recipe one can try at home:

1 – Poha – Healthy Breakfast

Poha is mainly made of flattened rice. Mainly eaten in breakfast but is also loved as a snack in the evening. Poha is usually eaten with Chai or Tea.

To make the poha first soak it for 5-6 minutes then drain and keep it aside. Heat the pan with oil on it then add asafoetida, then mustard seeds as soon as they started to crackle up add diced onions green chilies. Now till the onions start browning boil potatoes and after the onions get partly brown add boiled potatoes and peanuts give it stir and mash it also.

Then finally add spices like turmeric, salt and red chili powder stir it and add poha again stir it and stir it until it mixes properly after 2-3 minutes serve it with a sprinkle of lemon juice.

2 –  Macroni Pasta – Desi Style

Macaroni which is wheat-based pasta is popular because of its lovely shape. Macaroni is enjoyed any time in a day – mostly people love to carry it as a packed item.

To make macaroni it’s very simple – Take a big bowl to fill it with water and add macaroni to boil with salt. When macaroni is cooked drain it out and keep some water.

Take a pan to add the oil first and then add chopped onion with thin-sliced garlic. Then when onions started to brown add chopped tomatoes and stir it in this point add spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder, and kitchen king powder, salt, black pepper. Add the leftover water and add macaroni also give a good stir until all mix up properly. Add some butter (optional) serve hot.

3 – Masala Grilled Sandwich

Masala grilled sandwich is very simple to make and its very tasty also.

To make masala grilled sandwich first boil potato and when they are done mash them with spices like red chili powder, jeera powder, Amchoor powder, and salt also add ginger and green chili with chopped onions – Mix all properly.

Take bread and spread the potato batter into it then grilled it in griller and serve hot.

4 – Boiled Egg with Chicken Sausage

If you are high protein lover this is the best recipe you can cook – Time saving preety easy to make and healthy also.

To make Boiled egg with chicken sausage you just need to boil some eggs and on the non-stick pan cook sausages with little oil when sausages are done. Add sausage on egg and serve hot.

5 – Egg Cheese Toast

Egg cheese toast is again high in protein and it’s very delicious also. As it is easy to make and take less time.

To make Egg Cheese Toast you only need 3 main ingredients Egg, Cheese, and Bread. Start pressing the bread from between making a deep hole. Then take non-stick pan heat the bread and crack an egg between that hole. Sprinkle cheese on sides of eggs and sprinkle salt pepper or red chili. Bake till cheese melts and serve hot.

6 – Idli with coconut chutney

South Indian Food are always loved as it is light and healthy also easy to cook. Idli is very easy to cook.

To make idli first bring the water to boil in idli steamer then pour the batter in the idli stand and gently place it in the steamer cover it and let it steam for 10 – 12 minutes. Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambhar.  

7 –  Oreo Cake

If you in a mood of cake this is the perfect recipe to try. Very simple to make with only 3-4 ingredients.

To make oreo cake first separate the cream portion from the biscuit and the powder the oreo biscuit add milk in the powder mix well add baking powder and little oil also sugar to taste. Pour the batter in a bowl and place it in preheated shallow pan cover the lid and bake it for 30-40 minutes. Finally, decorate a cake with chocolates.

8 – Maggi Toast   

Maggi is loved by every individual in India its like emotion but why every time eat maggi so simple let’s make a twist by adding crispy toast with maggi. Taste really yummy must try.

9 – Egg Maggi

Egg maggi is another creativity with maggi it’s healthy version as it contains protein. So on regular maggi just add sunny side up egg on top – Perfect your egg maggi ready to serve.

The corona virus has shocked all the food and traveler.  As foodies can no more explore delicious cuisines and new restaurants out there. All the foodies were lock down in their home staying safe as per the guidelines issued by Government. But foodie’s community are food lovers they can’t live without tasty food and exploring yummy food that are their favorite.

So in this Blog as a foodie @hungryreacts will explore mine journey in Lock down.

When Lock down started Instagram where shocked what to do know how will we explore new. For some time foodies started to post older posts but for how long.

All the foodies started to crave their favourite street food and sweets and start making at home by self.

We all know about Dalgona coffee – How it get so viral on social media that even celebrities tried it at home – it was simple desi beaten coffee but presented in very different way. It taste so good and what was the catchy part was making of Dalgona coffee which attract foodies more.

No one can stay away from Desi Chinese food   – Especially momos – Everyone is so emotionally attached towards momos that they start making perfect momos at home even foodies don’t know how to cook. They shape momos perfectly and cook them also like a professional street momo wala lolz.

Now let’s talk about Maggi and other instant ramen noodles which all the foodies were started to buying in bulk quantity and which resulted in no maggi and other instant ramen noodles in store.

Not even maggi chocolates, cookies and chips were not available in any store. People were buying these stuff like crazy in bulk quantity.

Foodies were also trying biscuit cake which is very easy to make at home with only 3 ingredients – biscuit, chocolate, and milk. 

Pasta was also loved by every foodie every 2 or 3 day pasta was cooked in different versions of style.

Now what to conclude with all of this every foodie has now a pro in cooking

Other activities which were happening during lockdown:-

 Foodies supporting corona warriors who are working 24*7 just to keep us safe.

Proud to be part of Panchvati Appartment – All the family members of panchvati apartment cook healthy meals every day and those meals are packed and given to poor community.

Famous pass the plate activity done by all the foodies by collaborating with each other and entertaining each other.
